Charity Registration

You've got a passion and vision to see some charitable work formalised into something significant. Having registered numerous charities with the Charity Commission, we can assist with the preparation and submission of the application forms and supporting documentation.

Annual Returns

Let us assist you with submitting your Annual Returns to the Charity Commission. This could either be via manual completion and submission or using the Charity Commission's new online filing which we've found to be very easy.

Accounts Submission

You'll probably need to submit accounts to the Charity Commission and if you are Limited by Guarantee company registered at Companies House, then you will also need to submit a set of accounts to Companies House.

Depending on your requirements, we can take your completed trial balance and prepare final accounts or do the actual bookkeeping and then do the final accounts.

Independent Review
